Ravindra Anirudhsinh Jadeja is an Indian cricketer. Jadeja plays as an all-rounder. He is a left handed batsman who plays in the middle order and also he is a slow left- arm orthodox bowler. Jadeja made his debut for Indian Cricket Team back in 2009 and since then he is a regular player for the team.
Without Jadeja Indian middle order batting is very much weak. Undoubtedly, Jadeja is a key player for Indian Cricket Team. In 2012, Jadeja became the first Indian player who scored triple centuries three times in his first class cricket career and in International Cricket scenario he became the 8th player to achieve this milestone. Ravindra Jadeja started his IPL career back in 2008 with a team called ‘Rajasthan Royals’ and they paid him INR 12 lakhs for two consecutive seasons. In 2010 he did not play IPL. In 2011, he started to play IPL for a different team called ‘Kochi Tuskers Kerala’ and they paid him INR 4 crore and 37 lakhs for that season.
The next year Jadeja joined ‘Chennai Super Kings’ and they paid him INR 9 crore and 20 lakhs for each season and this deal remained for two seasons. In 2014, ‘Chennai Super Kings’ offered him a new deal according to which they started to pay him INR 5 crore and 50 lakhs for each season.
This deal lasted for two years and after that he joined ‘Gujarat Lions’ and they paid him INR 5 crore and 50 lakhs for the first season and the next season they paid him INR 9 crore and 50 lakhs for a single season. In 2018 he moved back to ‘Chennai Super Kings’ and then started to pay him INR 7 crore for each season and this deal stands till date.
Ravindra Jadeja is also a very important player for Indian national team and that’s why BCCI offered him an A grade contract recently according to which he will get INR 5 crores annually from BCCI. Also BCCI also gives a good amount of match fees to the players who play matches for them.
BCCI gives every player INR 15 lakhs for each Test Match, INR 6 lakhs for each ODI and INR 3 lakhs for each T20. Jadeja’s annual income is about INR 8 to 9 crores. Besides, Jadeja also has some brand endorsements in his pocket which also helps to earn him a good fortune. Jadeja also owns a luxury house in Gujarat and he has a bunch of luxury cars in his garage.
