Timothy Grant Southee commonly known as Tim Southee is a cricketer who belongs to Kiwi origins. Tim played for New Zealand in all three formats of cricket.
Southee is a former captain of the national team. Southee is a right arm medium fast bowler who can also bat in the lower orders. Southee is best known for his late out swings in bowling and his hard hitting batting skills.
Sothee made his international debut at the age of 19 only against England. He took five wickets and scored 77 runs off 40 balls in that match.
In domestic cricket he plays for Northern Districts. He joined the team back in 2006 and has been playing for them ever since.
